The Ultimate in Spine Melting Relaxation

The Float + Sauna Promo

It’s as close as you can get to actually walking on sunshine.

What does the infrared sauna do?

Infrared heat is a form of energy that is directly transmitted into objects via its specific wavelength. While traditional saunas generate heat by circulating hot air, the infrared heat rays – usually in the 110-150°F range – warm you directly, penetrating up to 45mm into the body, where it can work on deep tissue and organs. Infrared heat is very gentle, similar to laying in the sun, but also allows a deep heat that is far superior to typical saunas from a health benefits perspective, and is more pleasant to experience. Far Infrared waves produce a deep, detoxifying sweat at the cellular level, where most toxins reside.

Why I love the Float + Sauna Combo

Jumping in the sauna before I float is seriously the best combo I’ve encountered.  The sauna is the best way to loosen up the muscles, connective tissues and generally remove the physical chatter you might expect in the first 15-30 minutes of your float.  After a 30 min sauna session I feel invigorated, my muscles have melted across my skeleton and my spine is significantly loosened (and often cracked a few times in the process).  Generally I have a dip in energy afterwards which is a perfect time to slip into the tank where I feel my body decompress even further.  I can’t recommend this enough and it is seriously the most amazing combination I’ve ever experienced.
