No problem. We ask for 24 hours notice for all reschedules/cancelations, and you can easily do this online.
Here are some simple steps you can follow to cancel your appointment:
Step 1: Log in to your float account with us by clicking the button below
Step 2: Once you're signed in, make sure you are under the "Me" tab
Step 3: From there, you should see your scheduled appointment under "Upcoming Appointments". To the right of your reservation, click the button with the three small dots and you will see the option to cancel your appointment, or leave us a note (see picture below)
Step 4: Head on over to that "Booking" tab and reschedule your appointment.
